Before departing Lake Ballard this morning we could not resist a few more photos of these strange little statues by the light of the rising sun.

There after we retraced our steps to Leonora where we stopped for a while to do some chores before continuing North along the Great Northern Highway past Leinster.

We spent the night in a small road side rest area. Not a very salubrious camping spot but it worked.
